Even if a Judgment of the High Court has been overruled by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, that must not warrant such disrespectful remarks against its majesty or dignity, especially from a law teacher. Moreover, the video appears to have been presented less in a manner to discuss the Supreme Court Judgment, and more in order to Condemn and diss the Trial Court and the High Court.
